As a new customer, when our technicians arrive at your home, they ask you to choose the worst 3ft by 3ft area of your carpet. Our specially trained technicians then clean this sample area so that you can see the difference. If you are not satisfied, they simply pack up their equipment and leave at no charge to you. If you are satisfied(and we believe you will be), then we proceed to measure the areas you specified for the estimate and calculate a quote. This quote must not exceed 10% of the estimate you were given over the phone. After you agree to the quote, the technicians clean the areas that you requested.
There are a few exceptions to the 10% rule. For instance, if your padding needs injections to remove odor, there is an additional fee for this service. Of course, if you ask to add more areas than were specified in the estimate, then an adjustment will have to be made to the quote. The technician will explain what needs to be done and acquire your approval before continuing.
