Excellent communications and personal attention. On my initial call, they spent the time to make sure I understood costs, what was involved, answer any questions, and generally make me feel like a valued client. I got the promised confirmation call before the service and Terry showed up promptly at the appointment time. He measured spaces, confirmed what I wanted moved and left alone, and gave me a quote. He took care of all furniture moving (and got things back in their proper places), hand-scrubbed old problem stains, and got our old dirty carpets very clean. You will notice a strong citrus odor the day of the service, but it's gone by the next day. I have no complaints. (more)
